I associate the month of april with the following in no particular order
- Showers.
- Daisies.
- Buddha’s birthday.
- All fools day! The French call April 1 Poisson d’Avril, or “April Fish.”
- Shared between the Ram and the Bull… colours ranging from fiery reds to oranges and earth tones.
- Return of British swallows.

My housemate Sebastian, who is from Romania, leaves for Italy after being in London for six months. Little Romania at Casa Ali for the last two gatherings as he will be offering special food gifts for the guests. I might tweet about the special ingredients nearer the time or it will just stay a surprise!
